Pricing
Each call draws credits from a balance you top up by card in the console. One credit is 1p.

What is free
- Every call in test mode, with the sandbox or your own test credentials.
- Any call that returns an error.
- Retrying with the same
Idempotency-Key: you are charged once, however many attempts it takes. - The commentary and the rebuild cost you add to a valuation with
include. - Reading a valuation back with
GET /valuations/{id}. - Reading the same postcode's street analysis again within 30 days.
Top-ups
Top up by card in the console: £25, £100 or £500. £25 is 2,500 credits, enough for 250 valuations.
Your balance
Your first top-up, after we approve your account, enables live credentials. Each response shows the credits it used and what is left:
