Two products are live, for England and Wales: Valuation and Street analysis. The products that follow use the same credentials, the same token and the same error format, so nothing you build now changes when they arrive.
Paths are relative to the base URL, https://api.checkmystreet.co.uk/partners/v1. Each call draws from your prepaid balance at the price shown.
Valuation
A low, middle and high figure, and the share of past sales at that price level that landed inside the range.

Street analysis
What surrounds a postcode, grouped: sold prices, crime, transport stops by distance band, rents and yields, energy use, and the local house price index. Never a coordinate.
